Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition vs Tata Harrier EV Stealth Edition: Compared In Images

Both the BE 6 Batman Edition and the Harrier EV Stealth Edition wear a Satin Matte Black finish, but it’s the Batman Edition that grabs attention with its signature ‘Batman’ logos and golden accents all around

The Mahindra BE 6 electric SUV recently got a new ‘Batman’ edition featuring Satin (Matte) Black exterior shade, and is limited to just 300 units. Tata’s Harrier EV Stealth Edition also comes in a similar Matte Black finish that accentuates its dark aura. Here’s a look at how these two special editions stack up against each other in terms of design.
Front
The BE 6 Batman Edition and the Harrier EV Stealth Edition feature distinct design elements. The former comes with C-shaped LED DRLs, LED projector headlights with cornering fog lights, and an illuminated ‘BE’ logo on the hood. The Harrier EV, on the other hand, gets a closed-off grille with connected LED DRLs that integrate sequential turn indicators, along with welcome and goodbye animations. Its LED projector headlights and fog lights are positioned below the DRLs.
Side
What sets the BE 6 Batman Edition apart from the Harrier EV Stealth are its exclusive styling cues. It sports bold ‘Batman’ decals on the front doors and a golden Bat logo, while the brake callipers and suspension springs are also painted gold for a striking contrast against the matte black body. Adding to its road presence are flush-type door handles, a coupe-like roofline, and bigger 20-inch dual-tone aero-styled alloy wheels. The Harrier EV Stealth gets a rather traditional looking SUV silhouette. It has a ‘Stealth’ badge on the front doors, while there’s also a ‘.EV’ insignia on front doors. This Tata SUV stands on smaller 19-inch aero-styled dual-tone alloy wheels.
Rear
At the rear, the BE 6 Batman edition gets C-shaped LED tail lights while Mahindra’s infinity logo is blacked out. A ‘Batman’ logo sits on the lower-right corner of the tailgate, next to the BE 6 logo, both finished in gold. The Harrier EV Stealth edition comes with connected LED DRLs with integrated sequential turn indicators and welcome and goodbye animations. The skid plate on the Harrier EV Stealth has been completely blacked out.

Cabin
While the BE 6 Batman Edition features a black cabin theme with golden accents for contrast, the Harrier EV Stealth goes for an all-black interior. In the BE 6, gold detailing can be seen on the centre console surrounding the drive mode selector knob, on the key fob, and around a special Batman Edition insignia near the start/stop button. Even the boost mode button on the steering wheel has been replaced with a Batman logo.
Inside, the BE 6 Batman Edition features multiple ‘Batman’ logos—on the dashboard near the AC vents, on the seats, and even etched into the fixed panoramic glass roof. It comes with semi-leatherette seat upholstery, whereas the Harrier EV Stealth gets full leatherette upholstery. Unlike the BE 6, the Harrier EV also offers a panoramic sunroof with a single pane that can be opened.

The BE 6 Batman edition is based on its Pack Three variant. It comes with amenities like dual 12.3-inch screens, dual-zone AC, dual wireless phone charger, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and selfie camera. The passenger safety is taken care of by 7 airbags, a 360-degree camera, park assist, electronic stability control (ESC) and full suite of level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

The Harrier EV Stealth edition on the other hand is based on its top-spec Empowered variant. It gets a bigger 14.5-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone AC, IRVM with built-in dashcam, V2L (vehicle-to-load) and V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) functionalities, and summon mode. Its safety package includes 7 airbags, a 360-degree camera with transparent bonnet feature, and full suite of level 2 ADAS.
Powertrain Options
Both BE 6 Batman edition and Harrier EV Stealth edition are limited to their respective long range battery pack options. The detailed specifications are as follows:
Specifications | BE 6 Batman Edition | Harrier EV Stealth Edition |
Battery Pack | 79 kWh | 75 kWh |
No. of Electric Motor | 1 | 1 or 2 |

- While both Kia and Tata EVs look futuristic, the Harrier EV Fearless Plus stands out with its smart digital DRLs with welcome and goodbye animations.
- Both the top-spec Kia Carens Clavis EV and the mid-spec Harrier EV come with multi-colour ambient lighting, the Harrier EV also gets the mood lighting for panoramic sunroof.
- Other features on board the Carens Clavis EV HTX Plus includes dual 12.3-inch screens, panoramic sunroof, 8-speaker Bose sound system, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) technology.
- The Harrier EV Fearless Plus additionally gets a 10-speaker JBL sound system, terrain modes, and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V). However, the digital driver’s display on the Harrier EV is a smaller 10.25-inch unit.
- Both Kia and Tata EVs are very neck-to-neck in terms of safety features. While Harrier EV Fearless Plus offers an additional knee airbag, it misses out on level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) which is offered with the top-spec Carens Clavis EV.
Verdict
Both the Kia Carens Clavis EV HTX Plus and the Tata Harrier EV Fearless Plus are closely matched in terms of features and overall packaging. However, the Carens Clavis EV offers Level 2 ADAS and a 3-row seating layout, all while being Rs 50,000 more affordable than the 65 kWh Harrier EV variant. On the other hand, despite being a 5-seater, the Harrier EV has a clear size advantage over the Clavis EV and offers more boot space as well as frunk storage. Additionally, the Harrier EV Fearless Plus not only comes with more powerful electric motors but also delivers a longer driving range.
If you are looking for a 3-row all-electric MPV and ADAS is your priority, you can opt for the Kia Carens Clavis EV HTX Plus. However, if looks, performance and driving range are your major concerns, you should go with the Tata Harrier EV Fearless Plus.
