Aston Martin DBX S, a new range-topping variant, has been unveiled with the same powertrain configuration but with subtle upgrades to deliver more power output. The DBX S variant makes up 727 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful non-electrified SUVs, slightly more than the Ferrari Purosangue, which produces 725 horsepower. The all-new DBX also comes with an S badge, which is commonly used on its range of high-performance supercars.

Aston Martin DBX S Engine Performance
Compared to the DBX 707, the Aston Martin DBX S produces 20 hp more power while retaining the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The company is said to rework with larger compressor wheel diameters taken from Valhalla and tuned for more urgency at the top end of the rev counter. As a result, the all-new Aston Martin DBX S accelerates 0-200 km/h in 0.3 seconds less than DBX 707, while the 0-100 km/h acceleration remains the same at 3.3 seconds. The DBX S has become even louder with the new exhaust system, and the steering wheel has been updated to ensure a 4% quicker response. The supercar manufacturer has continued to offer a variable all-wheel drive system and a 9-speed wet clutch automatic gearbox.
